THE PROJECT
In this employer branding campaign for trade fair organizer RX Austria & Germany, the focus is placed not only on the company itself but also on its individual departments. The objective was to present the company as an attractive employer for potential applicants.
The core idea behind the creative development of the campaign was rooted in the current labor and skills shortage: it is no longer the job seeker applying to the company, but rather the company applying to the job seeker.
For this reason, we reversed the classic catchphrase “We’re looking for you!”, which is commonly used in job advertisements. This led to the central message: “We have what you’re looking for.”
The visual design of the campaign follows this concept as well. Building on the stylistic foundation established by previous clips such as “Digital Products” (2020) and “Talents of RX” (2021), the campaign features a modern, fast-paced narrative style with animated text elements and strongly stylized, almost exaggerated scenic visuals.
As a result, the topic of trade fairs is presented to applicants with the modern edge that RX events deserve, reflecting their innovative strength and appeal.
The staging of the employees featured in the campaign clips is deliberately set against a black background. This visually separates these sequences from the everyday working scenes and gives them an almost comic-like quality, subtly softening the seriousness of the topic of work.
